It's to be found in the anthology "The Birthday of the world". There, she explores the gender ramifications for sex and child rearing in Gethen much further that what is done in the "Left hand of Darkness". I feel she answers to some of the reported criticisms by that story. Also, it's highly recommendable as a story in it's own right.
